Your Ideal Weight Calculator
Are you having a problem losing weight?? Here is a quick way to find out how many calories you should be consuming to get to what you think would be your ideal weight. Multiply your Ideal body weight in pounds by 10. This will give you the ideal amount of calories you should be eating a day to acheive this ideal body weight. Example if I want to weigh 160 pounds, multiply that by 10 and you get 1600 calories. Then you do your best to stay within that ideal calorie count to reach your Goal!!!
