Food Swap
According to Men's Health research they have found that when people swapped half the meat and rice for there meals and replaced it with lightly buttered broccoli, they ate 86 fewer calories and felt just as full!!! Vegetables are fullfilling because they contain water, which bulks food up. There other top vegetables to replace food with are cabbage, zucchini, cucumbers, cauliflower, and peppers!!!! This this out next time you eat to see what happens.
