Motivation
I know just as well as others that motivation can be the downfall of exercise or lack there of. I have just a couple hints to help keep that motivation triving and helping you reach your goals. First is try to find a friend to workout with. It's much more fullfilling and enjoyable if you workout with a friend so that you two make each other accountable. The second is set small specific goals for yourself that you work to achieve every week. Wether it be lose a pound a week or make it to the gym three days in a row. Just accomplishing this little milstones will give you a great deal of confidence and motivate you to keep on going!!!!
