Bring a Friend
Hey Folks, some of us are starting to feel the cold already. Some of us get a little depressed when that happens. One of the best ways to combat this type of depression is through exercise. Now I know we all have some friends that go through the same type of thing. That is why you should bring a friend into the club with you to work out so that both of you get the benefits of exercise and start a program together so that you stay motivated and out of the cold sumps!!!
