Controlling your eating during Winter
Here is something to help you from gaining what some call the blues of winter. A lot of us will no doubt gain between 10-15 pounds during the cold winter months because of one thing. Eating foods that are high in fat because our bodies are telling us that those foods will make us warm and cozy. One way to curb this is by using the 7Flags Dietician program because you have to write down everything that you eat that day. There is no hiding it. This program will tell you if you are doing things to gain weight or loose. This will help you keep accountable for yourself during those hard winters of Iowa. Lets not go backwards, only forwards this winter!!!!
